Safety Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support operational requirements across both site and office environments.

This is a Perth-based, Monday to Friday role with an expectation of site time as required.

About the role:
You’ll play a key part in maintaining safety systems, supporting incident management, and ensuring documentation and compliance frameworks are upheld across operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain HSE KPIs, inspection schedules and inspection records
• Monitor and maintain hazard reports within internal systems
• Review and update HSE policies and procedures as required
• Review and maintain internal documentation to uphold ISO accreditations
• Assist with incident management, both onsite and in the office environment
• Populate and distribute safety notifications, toolbox talk materials and pre-start agendas

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in mining, fixed plant maintenance, and shutdowns (essential)
• Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent)
• Strong administration and systems capability with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator able to engage effectively with stakeholders on site and in office
